AngryBirdsNest or Angry Birds Nest (https://www.angrybirdsnest.com/) is an Angry Birds fan site. It features walkthroughs for Angry Birds games, news and places for Angry Birds players to discuss. It was established on 28 July 2010 and currently has over 120,000 members overall.[1]

Walkthroughs[]

The website features strategies for Angry Birds Fight!, and it also has a Forum as well as communities, and a leaderboard, and also a blog which offers news and updates to upcoming games, and also guides and freebies. You will have to make an account. It has a Google and a Facebook account.

It also has an YouTube channel with all the walkthroughs, reviews, first-looks, news and other videos.

Forums[]

In the forums, players can talk with others and share their opinions. There are specific forums for specific games:

Leaderboards[]

Players can register their game levels' score in the leaderboard and compete with others.

Rovio[]

Rovio Entertainment Corporation officialized it and uses it as one of the main platforms for players to talk and news. Many Rovio members are registered in the site and can be seen here.

Angry Birds TNT[]

Rovio used AngryBirdsNest to distribute Angry Birds TNT for members that commented on the game's post that are on iOS.

In Angry Birds Seasons[]

Rovio Entertainment Corporation dedicated a level to its founding anniversary in the episode Pig Days level called ''AngryBirdsNest Birdday!'' in 2014. Its logo is a mooncake with a candle on it.

For Angry Birds Transformers[]

On the forums, there were 3 Exient employees (1 as of 2022) that assist members with any issues they might have during their playthroughs.[2]

Trivia[]

  • The site used to have a different type of forum system, but it was unknowingly shut down around 2015.[3]
  • AMslimfordy was also a staff member in this wiki while working for Angry Birds Nest, but he retired around late 2012 due to the wiki "[not being] a nice environment to work in".[4]
  • Nowadays, there are present advertising bot accounts that post links to online store fronts. However, they usually get banned after a report is sent to a team member.
  • One of their first pieces of content was about Angry Bird theme song ringtones sent to the website by Rovio, but the downloadable files were taken down due to Rovio releasing said ringtones to the iTunes Store.[5]
  • AngryBirdsNest created a Facebook Ads Library account on December 21st, 2011. It is unclear what they advertised during that time.[6]
  • On March 12th, 2023, the AngryBirdsNest YouTube channel was supposedly hacked when a skincare video was uploaded.[7] A day later the video was taken down from the channel.
