The Window Washer Pig was washing windows at Pig Castle. When he looked inside of the castle, he saw Foreman Pig with red paint on the floor, as a way to please King Pig to believe that he was a detective. Horrified at the events, he called in a Police Pig to arrest Foreman for "murder", even though that Forman was trying to make it look like Butler Pig committed the murder. (The Butler Did It!)
