Market Mayhem (originally Fruit Market) is the seventh episode in Angry Birds Rio that is involved with some deleted scenes from the film that the game is based on. In the image, if you look closely, a pig can be seen in the background as a statue in a building. Mauro is the boss, appearing in 14–15.

Trivia

  • This is the first episode in Angry Birds Rio not to have any cut-scenes.
    • It is also the first episode to be based on a deleted scene from the movie.
  • Despite the 1.6.0 update being free for new users, the variable (isPremium) is set to true, meaning it was probably supposed to go back to the regular price. This was fixed in 1.7.0 where the game is actually free as ADS are in there unlike 1.6.X.
  • On iOS, macOS (retina), and Android, there is a banner called "NEW EPISODE!" under the title of the Episode Card. However the macOS (non-retina) and Windows Phone Versions of 1.6.1 do not have the new episode banner.
    • The 2nd reason on why this is probably because the release date, 1.6.1 (and Angry Birds Rio itself) on Windows Phone was released on May 15, 2013.
