The Bird that Cried Pig is the twenty-fifth episode of Angry Birds Toons.
Origins[]
This episode title is a reference to the story "The Boy that Cried Wolf".
Toons.TV Description[]
Chuck is annoyed that Bomb always gets the credit for saving the eggs. So Chuck comes up with a plan to become the hero of the day, but unfortunately it goes terribly wrong!
Plot[]
Bomb and Chuck are chasing the Pigs from stealing the Eggs. Chuck corners the pigs and Bomb explodes at the pigs and gets the eggs. The other birds cheer for Bomb and Chuck gets jealous about it. Later at sunset, Chuck imagines that he will be liked and appreciated one day if he might save the Eggs, so he formulates an idea.
Later that evening, while the other birds were asleep, Chuck hides the Eggs in the bushes so the birds would think that the Eggs are missing. Chuck wakes the other birds and the birds get shocked that the Eggs are gone. The Birds looked everywhere to find the eggs, but can't find them. Chuck goes back to the bush where he hid the Eggs and suddenly realizes the Eggs are gone. Chuck sees some pigs rowing away with the eggs on a boat and goes after them. After reaching the land, the two pigs see something behind Chuck, to which the latter sees a multitude of pigs, who, in unison, shout “EYNAH” (egg in the Piggy Island language) and charge towards the eggs. Chuck activates Chuck Time and ultimately fights and defeats them all and goes back to the birds with the Eggs, but suddenly trips and the Eggs fly over. The Eggs land near Bomb, who picks them up. The birds cheer for him, and Chuck scowls.

Trivia[]
- This is the sixth episode to have Chuck in the title card (seventh if you count Egg Sounds as one) even though Chuck's name isn't on the title.
- It seems the eggs are unbreakable, since Double Take and Egg's Day Out
- This is the third time Chuck activates his headband, but the band color is red.
- This is the first time Bomb explodes in an episode of Angry Birds Toons.
- The episode's title is a reference to the story, the Boy Who Cried Wolf.
- Bomb shows to have a father-like position as the birds, as he is shown playing with The Blues midway through the episode.
- This is one of the few episodes along with Run Chuck Run (not counting cameos such as Toy Hoggers) where Red does not become angry.
- This is the third time that all the first five flock members have an appearance together. The first is Off Duty and the second is "Run Chuck Run".
- In the KA-BOOM image, eggs serve as the o's.
- The summary says that Chuck is jealous of Bomb always getting the credit for getting back the eggs, but Chuck did the same thing in “Thunder Chuck” after beating the living daylights out of Corporal Pig, who had the eggs at the time.
- However, this episode may be at a later timeline where Chuck started getting back the eggs less and Bomb getting back the eggs even more than the rest of the flock.
Errors[]
- In Chuck's imagination, when the flock got happy to Chuck that he saved the eggs, The Blues are complete, but when Chuck put the eggs in the nest, one of the Blues disappeared, and two Blues left.
