I was getting and getting way too desperate for Rovio to change their mindset about their updates. I am guessing they are not lending their ears to us.
These are the problems that I have sent so far.
Usually it will take 4-5 days for Rovio to shoot back a solution emails to me. Some are generic, meaning the basic remedies.
Now, the support is terrible. The way it was before was above my expectations, and now the tables were turned. I can't believe it! The devs aren't making a single effort to fix the issue! (I will not mention the times and their names to protect their privacy)
Guess what (the game)?
1. They are thrashing levels again. Really? Rovio, more levels mean fun? Are you serious? Wrong. Why are you competing with your rivals against levels? Your AB POP! has one strength point which the others never have and unique, limited time birds. Please, stop the pumpkin patch update already, we need a new environment and Dahlia to come back (annual return)! Dahlia was removed 1 year ago and not being her back yet? What? Did you scrap her roles on AB POP!? My first frustration.
2. This part I can't tolerate and stand Rovio and my second frustration. Recycling. Rovio, are you serious about your recycling game assets project? We don't need your refurbished assets already! Stop for once now, you are better the last time. You are just getting way too lazy to do it! For some game assets you are just removing part that can't even if you can't fix or not be bothered to do so. Recycled red for 2 times.
One - Phant-HAM of the opera
Two - 
Super Red (iOS exclusive only, fight AIDS event) Red Art menu (oh gosh it hurts my eyes) and Red pigs with the costume similar to the episode of the Angry Birds Toons, Super Bomb!
The Art Menu? Way too ugly.
Third - Christmas (from last year observation, it may happen) if they do that, it hurts my feelings that hard! At least give us that Willow or Dahlia with a Christmas theme hat! That's even better! Please! Listen to this statement! Stop making up reasons and oh gosh recycle Red again... Give Willow a makeover upgrade to her special pop or Dahlia some makeover design to the special pop!
Edit: They are not doing it. Instead, they are a recycling garbage company.
